My first muffins baking session!

Part 1

Gym on thurs with sje ting, sooee and gerlyn. I was very distracted. Thus, only did 5 mins of jogging for warm-up. yes 5 mins. 

then carry on to do free weights for upper body about an hr. 

Part 2

we wanting to takeaway thai food and eat at sooee house but the thai stall not open. i was very sad. =( end up we eat some disgusting food from some malay stall. 

after that gerlyn was very random, wanna bake muffins but end up both of us beating the stuff non-stop and she happily making out in the room. =0

In the meantime, i'm still satisfied with my game rig. It still can last me for another year.

flashbacks

The year is almost ending and i've been doing nothing for almost a year. 

People say when you reach your twenties, you will find time passes quickly and before you know you are already in ur thirties. 

I think i've been more understanding and sensitive to one's feeling now that's because i've paid high price for it. Humans always learn how to treasure things after they are gone. 

S and E, i know you are here. I want to apologize everything i've done wrong and hurt you. 

I'm sorry for being to strong headed and insensitive to you last time. I miss the time we used to laugh non stop. miss the time you ask me to tell jokes randomly. miss the time we share gym locker tgt and find me weird the way i rearrange and place the stuff. miss you giving me that kind of look and frown at me.i miss the days you teach me how to say sorry and thank you. I really miss the both of you. sorry for not being appreciative for what you've done. 

we used to swim a lot and go diving. That used to be our passion. 

Everytime i swim or dive, i will somehow think of you. it's hard for me to carry on cause i guess it's a trauma for me too. i feel like running away when i hear the word swimming too and both of you are totally out of the swimming industry and out of sight of the pool. I will carry on the passion we used to have. i won't give up swimming and diving. i will wait for you to come back. thank you for your patience now, it's my turn to make it back to you. 

i realized after so long i've not say sorry to you. 

i'm sorry S and E for being selfish in the past.
